1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of crypto-mining equipment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

Include photos or videos where possible
We will repair, replace, or refund the item in accordance with the CGA
- Re-stock fee of 20% may apply for products returned in working order.
3. Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
